Designed by Fat Parrot Architecture and built by Brighton Construction, the homes will incorporate modern, sustainable designs with structurally-insulated panels and double-glazing to ensure warmth and energy efficiency. The development will also feature a basketball court and a playground, providing recreational spaces for residents.

The Salvation Army, with funding from both the organization and the Government, will continue to support the community with an on-site staff member to assist tenants and address any issues promptly.
