Apartment Building Redevelopment | 7 Units

Brighton were approached by the Body Corporate for 22 Balfour Rd to undertake the Redevelopment of this 7-Unit Apartment Building. This was to include partial demolition, rebuild, reclad and extensions to the building.

All the way through the project we were in constant consultation with the stakeholders and worked with the individual owners for all seven units to help each achieve their vision for their apartment. Brighton were engaged as Head Contractor and worked closely with the designers and owners in developing a beautiful finished outcome.

We took a building that appeared run down and ready for demolition and created a stunning, contemporary, apartment block.
