New build | Four apartments and retail at street level

These apartments look out from Milford across to Rangitoto, the views are magnificent! Brighton were the builders of the architecturally designed units. The construction consisted of a detailed foundation, pre-cast panels and flooring. The fit-out was designed as we went and Brighton Joinery manufactured the kitchens. The ground floor retail has been built to specific requirements.
